Lynelle Brandt
Way back in 1991, I commenced my career in an accounting firm in the role of Receptionist. I quickly realised my interest lay in pursuing a career in accounting. Mentored by Senior Accounting Staff and attendance at various Professional Development Sessions it wasn’t long before I progressed into an accounting role where I have primarily remained to today.
I was fortunate along the way to add additional skills and experiences to my career including:
- Management/training and mentoring of an administration team of 5,
- General office management,
- HR management, and
- Developing and maintaining systems associated with the Finance, Administration and HR Functions.
My accounting and bookkeeping work has enabled me to obtain high levels of skill with MYOB, Quickbooks, HandiTax and HandiLedger. Having had a couple of breaks in my career on maternity leave, I found I didn’t lose the skills or the passion I have for accounting work.
I pride myself on my professionalism and capabilities to add value to my clients’ business/s. Nothing is more enjoyable than to know I have positively contributed to my clients giving them the best I have.
